Dissapearing ears!

Just wondering if anyone could help me out. I just finished making all my gears +12 -7 2 soc last night. When i logged in this morning my earings were gone :s Seems a few people have had the same problem? Anything i can do or am i just shit out of luck. It wasnt because i was red named as i have only just started this server and have never been red named.
