there is a bug garment that will be removed that makes this invisibility stuff

I don't know how i would give you a screen shot, but i can't see peoples weapons, only the weapons that are over level 130. I know they have them equip but i can't see because there doing Fast blade and when they attack mobs there Rage goes off.

hmmm if you cant see some peoples weapons redownload the client and update. the weapons u cant see are probably the ones over lvl 130 so the normal client is unable to show them because it doesnt have the codes. my suggestion is to redownload the update and client and then you should be able to see it all
